Simple Stock Manager ("the App") is operated by the developer reachable at support@geny.it.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and handle your information when you use the App.

2. Information We Collect

When you install and use Simple Stock Manager, we collect:

Shop data: Your Shopify store domain, plan, and configuration settings.
Product and inventory data: Product names, variant SKUs, stock levels, and sales history synced from your Shopify store.
Vendor information: Vendor names, email addresses, and lead times you enter into the App.
Purchase order data: Line items, quantities, and statuses of purchase orders you create.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to provide App functionality:

Syncing and displaying your inventory levels in the dashboard
Computing demand forecasts and reorder points from your sales history
Generating PDF purchase orders and emailing them to your vendors
Storing your vendor and purchase order records for your reference

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the App.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, except:

Vendor email delivery: Vendor email addresses are used solely to send purchase orders you explicitly initiate.
Infrastructure providers: We use cloud infrastructure to operate the App. These providers process data only as directed by us and under strict confidentiality agreements.
Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as the App is installed on your Shopify store. When you uninstall the App, your data is deleted within 48 hours in accordance with Shopify's data protection requirements. You may also request deletion at any time by contacting us.

You have the right to:

Access the data we hold about your store
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data at any time
Object to data processing

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data storage and secure HTTPS communication. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via an in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
